2. collection of data when visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser you use automatically sends information to our host's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following data is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring a trouble-free connection, convenient use of the website, evaluation of system security and stability as well as administrative purposes. The data is automatically deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes. The data is not merged with other data sources or analyzed for marketing purposes.

4 SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
5 Contact form and making contact
On our website, we offer you the option of contacting us via a contact form (under "Plan workshop") or by e-mail.
We process the following data when you submit the contact form:
- Name (mandatory information)
- Company or organization (mandatory)
- E-mail address (mandatory)
- Telephone number (optional)
- Content of your message
The processing is carried out for the purpose of processing your request and any follow-up communication. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is aimed at the conclusion of a contract or concerns pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries).
The data will be sent to us by e-mail to [email protected] and deleted after your request has been fully processed, provided that there are no legal storage obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law according to HGB / AO) to the contrary. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
6 Google Fonts
We integrate fonts from the provider Google Fonts on our website, which are loaded via the servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address is transmitted to Google for technical reasons. Transmission to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. For data transfers to the USA, Google refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission of July 10, 2023).
