What does a customized software solution cost?
This depends heavily on the scope. Smaller internal tools often start in the low five-figure range, while fully-fledged ERP or CRM systems are significantly higher, depending on their complexity. We always start with a free 30-minute analysis so that we can realistically assess the scope and budget together.

How long does a typical project take?
An MVP is usually ready for productive use in 6 to 12 weeks. Larger systems are delivered iteratively in sprints, so you have the first productive version in your hands early on and can continue to expand on a stable basis.

Do you work remotely or on site?
As standard, we work remotely from Germany and Europe. For kick-offs, workshops and larger reviews, we are happy to come on site. Communication takes place via your preferred channels (Slack, Teams, email).

How does a workshop work for you?
One to two days of intensive work on your process. We analyze the current status, define the target status, identify quick levers and create a concrete implementation plan with effort and cost estimates at the end.

What happens after the go-live?
On request, we can take over hosting, operation, maintenance and further development. Managed hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, new features: everything from a single source. Alternatively, we can hand everything over to your internal team or your existing hoster.
