Turning the vision of Sales Automation into reality was a source of pride for us. Our team of experienced developers utilized the full potential of Laravel, a powerful PHP framework, combined with Vue.js and Inertia.js to deliver a modern, reactive sales automation platform.
Website Visitor Identification
A central component was Website Visitor Identification: companies that visit a customer's website are automatically recognized, enriched with company data and processed as potential leads. To this end, we implemented GeoIP-based country filtering, ISP blacklist checks, URL filters and automated website screenshots so that sales teams can understand the context of a visitor at a glance.
Lead Management
We have implemented extensive functions in the area of lead management: Hot leads views with bucket-based label filters, bulk actions (mark as lead, reject, mark as customer, exclude from campaigns), search functions, responsive tables and a "More Suggestions" feature that proactively suggests suitable leads.
HubSpot integration
Another highlight was the HubSpot integration: leads and lead lists are synchronized bidirectionally with HubSpot, including bulk sync, visual connection indicators and direct linking to the HubSpot contact, a real productivity gain for sales.
Real-time functions
In addition, we have implemented real-time functions via Laravel Reverb so that LeadInbox and LeadInbox messages are updated live without users having to reload the page. This was complemented by an expanded inbox automation area with privacy information, FAQs and configurable tracking settings.
Performance optimizations
In addition to these features, we have significantly improved the performance of the platform through caching, database indexing, eager loading, queue-based jobs (including for lead batching, profile synchronization and screenshot generation) and targeted code optimizations. The result: faster loading times, greater stability and scalability that keeps pace with the growth of customer business.
