ERP further development for gitis

Audit department

A central component was the expansion of the audit department: we implemented audit measures including termination data, specific validation rules and automatically calculated measure and object designations. As a result, audit processes can be digitally mapped and documented in a traceable manner.

Object and measure management

We have made extensive adjustments in the area of object and measure management: new date fields, sorted fields and columns, additional DataTable filters, drop-down structures with clean foreign keys and the renaming and restructuring of menu items (measures to objects, receipts to documents). The result is a clearer and more consistent user interface.

GAEB import and export

We have also implemented the export of GAEB files, including correct item number handling, refactored export modal and clean CI setup. At the same time, the GAEB import was integrated and price maintenance was further developed.

Performance optimizations

In addition to these features, we have significantly improved the performance of the platform through database indexing, eager loading, query optimizations and targeted code cleanups (including PHPStan fixes). The result: faster loading times, greater stability and scalability that keeps pace with the growth of customer business.
