We have developed analysis and monitoring software for the company Z-optimations to monitor the cycle times of CNC machines. The measuring points and cycle times are displayed visually in order to quickly recognize when the cycle times become significantly slower over time.
Monitoring software for Z-optimizations
We implemented a great project for the company Z-optimations. Z-optimations is a company that specializes in the optimization of CNC machines. Our task was to develop analysis and monitoring software that makes it possible to better observe and thus improve the cycle times of the machines.
Technical implementation
We opted for Laravel as the backend and Vue.js as the frontend framework and developed the software from the ground up. We graphically displayed measuring points and cycle times and created a user-friendly interface that makes it possible to quickly and easily determine when cycle times are slowing down.
Result
By using the latest technologies and a clear presentation, we were able to deliver software that enables more efficient monitoring of CNC machines. Working with Z-optimations has been a great experience and we are proud to have been part of this project.
